1.1. The RoleDesk website (hereinafter the "Service") is operated by AlgoMind Andriej Gruszewski, ul. Kasztelańska 13/12, 51-200 Wrocław, Poland, registered in CEIDG, VAT ID: 8943080821, REGON: 364809030.
1.2. The Service allows users to track their job application process — recording companies, positions, statuses, interview dates, notes, and related information.
1.3. Acceptance of these Terms of Service is a condition for using the Service.
2.1. "User" – a natural person who has registered and uses the Service.
2.2. "Account" – the User's individual account enabling access to Service features after logging in.
2.3. "Application Data" – information entered by the User into the Service: company names, positions, notes, dates, statuses, and other data relating to their job search.
2.4. "Administrator" – the entity managing the Service, i.e. AlgoMind Andriej Gruszewski.
3.1. The User may use the Service only for purposes compliant with applicable law.
3.2. Registration requires providing a valid e-mail address and accepting these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
3.3. The User bears sole responsibility for content entered into the Service as Application Data, including its compliance with applicable law.
3.4. It is prohibited to use the Service in a way that disrupts its operation or causes damage to the Administrator or other Users.
3.5. The Administrator reserves the right to suspend or delete an Account that violates these Terms of Service.
4.1. The Administrator is not liable for content entered by Users as Application Data.
4.2. The Administrator will make every effort to ensure that the Service operates without disruption, but does not guarantee continuity of operation and is not liable for any technical interruptions.
4.3. The User bears full responsibility for using the Service in a way that violates the law or the rights of third parties.
5.1. The personal data controller is AlgoMind Andriej Gruszewski.
5.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3. Full information on personal data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy.
6.1. Use of the Service is free of charge.
6.2. The Administrator reserves the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, of which Users will be informed in advance.
7.1. The User may delete their Account at any time from the Settings page.
7.2. Account deletion is free of charge and results in permanent deletion of all Application Data associated with the Account.
7.3. Once deleted, an Account cannot be restored.
8.1. The Administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of changes by e-mail no later than 7 days before the changes take effect.
8.2. All disputes related to the use of the Service shall be resolved by the court competent for the Administrator's registered seat.
8.3. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, Polish law applies.
